Description

The purpose of this call for tenders was to award a Framework Agreement for the provision of a EUCs management solution (implementation, customisation, support, maintenance and training) for the EIB Group. The purpose of this call for tenders was to acquire a comprehensive EUC Management solution that can integrate into the EIB landscape to support the overall governance and controls framework strengthening the: — identification and reporting of critical EUCs via periodic scanning and review, — inventory management for critical EUCs, —controls monitoring activities for critical EUCs, — reporting on key EUC risks.
