Description

This purchase relates to: 1. yearly support for eFront platform; 2. acquisition of new licences; 3. hosting of the platform. Lot 1: This purchase relates to: 1. yearly support for eFront platform covering: (i) support on standard feature; (ii) documentation on standard features; (iii) standard enhancements, encompassing those agreed between the Fund and eFront; (iv) bug fixing on standard features; (v) new versions, ensuring ascending compatibility of the platform with other IT components such Operating System (Microsoft Windows), database engine (Microsoft SqlServer), internet browsers (HTML5 compatibility), underlying eFront framework (.Net); 2. acquisition of new licences; 3. hosting of the platform, covering: i) administration and monitoring of production, development and integration environments, ii) disaster recovery plan, iii) releases deployment, iv) escrow services.
