Evaluation of Norway's Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in Development Cooperation

The procurement covers one contract whereby the successful tenderer will be assigned responsibility to evaluate Norway’s inclusion of persons with disabilities in development cooperation to be carried out according to the terms of reference and conditions laid out in the tender document with attachments. It is the supplier’s responsibility to carry out the assignment within the budgeted time frame and price. The evaluation will cover Norway’s efforts to include persons with disabilities in development cooperation and humanitarian assistance through different channels, modalities and partners in the period 2010-2020. The evaluation will assess relevance, effectiveness and sustainability of Norway’s assistance with a focus on the education sector.
