CP2225-22 MetaCompliance Managed Service

Description

The purpose of this procurement is for Devon County Council to buy a service that will manage the day-to-day operation of our Data Protection and Cyber Security Awareness platform, MetaCompliance. This service will include the following activities: • Operational management of the Council’s MetaCompliance application • Management of new starters on the application whose accounts are not provisioned through our ActiveDirectory sync client • Design of cyber security and data protection awareness raising campaigns • Provision of new and revised cyber security and data protection policies to staff using the MetaCompliance system. • Implementation of cyber security and data protection awareness raising campaigns using the Council’s MetaCompliance system • Operational support for end-users on the system • Regular reporting on policy completion and training compliance to help improve uptake of training • Quarterly reviews of progress with campaigns.
