Contract 1101 Joint Rig and Operation — New Clinic and Proton Building at the Radium Hospital

Helse Sør-Øst RHF v/Nytt klinikk og protonbygg (PRAD) (the South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority c/o the New clinic and proton building (PRAD)), hereafter called the Builder, hereby invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest, cfr. The Public Procurement Regulations of the 12 August 2016 No 974 (PPR) § 13-1, for Contract 1101 joint rig and operation. The procurement follows PPR Part I and Part III — procurements over the threshold value. Lot 1: Helse Sør-Øst RHF will establish a new clinic and proton building on the Radiumhospital's site at Montebello. The main activities in the contract are as follows: — operation of site roads/spaces/Asphalting/maintenance of fences, — establishment of contractor barracks, — establishment and operation of both lifts, — establishment and operation of tower cranes, — establishment and operation of stair tower, — establishment of internal transport tower/ramps, — cleaning all rigs included in this contract, — guard duties at the main entrance, — construction site security guards, — establishment/operation of waste stations, — RTB follow-up in yellow and red zones, — establish sample power to the building, — water/sewage, electricity, data network to barracks/rigs.
