Description

The Restoration & Renewal (R&R) Programme has been set up to address the work that needs to be done to protect the Palace of Westminster's heritage and ensure it can continue to serve as the home of the UK Parliament in the 21st century and beyond. The R&R Delivery Authority Ltd is seeking to appoint a specialist provider to an environmental monitoring programme to collect environmental data in pre-defined locations. The aim of the programme is to assess the environmental performance of the palace as this relates to the current condition of the collections and architectural fabric. This information will be key in planning for environmental management and control measures during the R&R Programme. The appointed Environmental Monitoring Supplier (EMS) will: - Work with R&R Team and lead on refining and finalising the design of the environmental monitoring system. - Supply, installation and operation of the environmental monitoring system to measure and collect relative humidity, temperature and light data; - Maintain the system including all site visits and repair and/or replacement of equipment which is failing. - Supply and processing of data - Prepare quarterly, and annual data reports to R&R Team. - Provide live data access to R&R Team Additional information: Suppliers are required to download the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) from the portal before accessing the ITT documents. The NDA must be submitted as a correspondence and a declaration must also be submitted, stating that the NDA has not been modified.
