Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Servicing and Capital Works

Description

The Guinness Partnership Limited will look to procure 4 multi-disciplinary, regional contracts carrying out servicing, repairs and installations of both domestic and communal Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. It is expected that the disciplines will include, but not be limited to, air conditioning, ventilation, laundry, renewables, water pumps, boreholes, electronic security systems, and generators. The contracts are likely to be let under a 5+5+5 year arrangement and split between the following geographical regions - Region 1 - North West, Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, and Humberside Region 2 - Home Counties Region 3 - London and South East Region 4 - South West
