refurbish 2 of our toilet facilities for students Lot 1: Toilet ground floor main entrance Suspended ceiling and lighting (led) Service and gate valves replaced Supply 5x new toilets concealed cisterns (1 disabled ) 5x toilet cubicles stud work to false ceiling Solid wash trough with taps and acrylic splashback wall widening for wheel chair use Full decorating (colour of our choosing) vinyl flooring ( colour of our choosing ) new radiators water fountain to be installed hand dryer to be reinstalled New mirror installed Toilet 2nd floor Remove wall to allow for more cubicles if possible Service and gate valves replaced 6x new toilets concealed cisterns 6x toilet cubicles stud work to false ceiling Solid wash trough with and acrylic splashback Suspended ceiling and lights (LED) Full decorating (colour of our choosing) Vinyl flooring (colour of our choosing) New radiators Water fountain to be installed Hand dryers to be reinstated New mirrors
