Laundry services for health and welfare services

Description

The contracting authority requires a service that includes the hire and laundry of workwear and institution textiles for the health and Welfare services. The service also includes collecting and delivering the textiles several times a week, to numerous entities in Trondheim Municipality. Tenderers must familiarise themselves with the relevant delivery places. The delivery addresses are in annex 6. The majority of the textiles will be hired, but for a few textiles belonging to the contracting authority only laundry services are required. The procured service will cover the need for health institutions, health and welfare centres (HVS), the home care service, and the production kitchen. The laundered textiles will mainly be workwear and institutional textiles. Institutional textiles means duvet covers, pillow covers, sheets, draw sheets, fitted sheets, flannels, towels, bedspreads, patient clothing, blankets, etc. Lot 1: Personnel clothing, flat textiles, and patient clothing for HVS The sub-contract comprises the hire and laundry of personnel clothing, flat textiles, and patient clothing for health institutions and health and welfare centres. Lot 2: Workwear for the home care services and the unit for drug and alcohol abuse services. The sub-contract comprises the hire and laundry of workwear for the home care services and the unit for drug and alcohol abuse services. Lot 3: Personnel clothing for the production kitchen. The sub-contract comprises the hire and laundry of personnel clothing for employees in the production kitchen.
