Legal Services Retainer - Housing Development Grant

Description

West Midlands Combined Authority proposes to enter into a retainer arrangement with Ward Hadaway Solicitors for external legal support in relation to Housing Development Grant Agreements and ancillary subsidy control advice. The retainer will allow WMCA to instruct Ward Hadaway as required. The anticipated scope includes advising on the negotiation and agreement of Housing Development Grant Agreements, providing subsidy control advice ancillary to those agreements, supporting the WMCA Legal Services property team on smaller grant matters where the supplier's team size and expertise are proportionate to the requirement, and providing advice and drafting support as instructed by WMCA during the contract period.
