Repair and maintenance services

Description

The contract will cover the contracting authority’s requirements for trade services within 12 disciplines. The various disciplines make up separate contract areas/sub-contracts. The following disciplines are included in this contract: Electro-L, electro-H, plumber, joiner/carpenter, glass, heat pumps/cooling, flashing and guttering and ventilation work, painting and floor laying, masonry work, sun screening, basin flushing and kitchen, etc., and cleaning. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for services within electro-L. This involves, amongst other things, electro work on electrical installations in residences, schools, institutions, etc. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for services within electro-H. This involves, amongst other things, fire alarms, burglary alarms, emergency lighting and computer networks. The procurement will cover the contracting authority´s needs for plumbing services. This involves, amongst other things, plumbing work, mainly in municipal buildings. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for joinery/carpentry services. The procurement will cover the contracting authority´s needs for glazier services. This involves, amongst other things, replacing new and renovating old windows. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for services within heat pumps and cooling. This involves, amongst other things, service, maintenance and new procurements. Cooling will mainly be in commercial kitchens. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for services within flashing and guttering and ventilation work. This involves, amongst other things, ventilation work, service and flashing and guttering work. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for services within painting and floor laying work. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for masonry services. This involves, amongst other things, masonry and concrete work. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for sun screening services. This involves, amongst other things, external sun screening. It must be possible to deliver fixed (typically 'koolshade') and flexible sun screening with and without a motor. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for services within basin flushing and kitchens, etc. See part II, annex 1 for further details on the procurement. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for cleaning services. This involves, amongst other things, washing down, daily cleaning, window cleaning, etc.
