An Post is seeking to establish a qualification system (panel) to meet its requirements for the Content, UX/UI Design Services The purpose of establishing this qualification system is to select a number of suitably qualified service providers to assist An Post in meeting the requirements as outlined below over the coming years. The requirements include but are not limited to the following: • Project Management Services • Optimisation Services • Analytics • Support Services The qualification system is a means of qualifying and identifying service providers suitable for consideration for tender lists, relating to the scope outlined in this questionnaire, for a contract as and when requirements arise. It is emphasised that membership of the Qualification System constitutes no guarantee to be invited to tender or to purchase a specific quantity of supplies or services from a particular economic operator
