Description

I/S RenoNord, located in Aalborg in the northern part of Jutland, have initiated a project to increase the district heat output from Unit 4 by installing a compressor heat pump connected to the existing flue gas condenser. For that, the existing flue gas condenser and condensate recirculation system shall be modified to be able to cool flue gas after the condenser further down to a nominal temperature of 30°C and transfer the recovered heat to a new heat exchanger connected to the heat pump. Lot 1: The scope of supply includes dimensioning, design, procurement, delivery, assembly, commissioning, testing, verification of warranty data and documentation of the following: Modification and upgrading of existing condenser for increased flue gas condensation - Upgrading and rebuilding of internal pipe systems incl. new valves, flow meters and instruments - 2 pcs. titanium plate heat exchangers with a total capacity of approx. 11 MW - 2 x 100% circulation pumps with 90 kW motor for flue gas condensate - 2 x 100% filter system for condensate cleaning
