EEA 069-2021 Multi-disciplinary consultant group for Møllendal River and Beach Park

Description

Bergen Municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, is holding an open tender contest for a multi-disciplinary consultant group - Møllendal River and Beach Park. The contracting authority needs to cooperate with a consultancy and engineering design group for planning environmental measures at the mouth of the Møllendal River and a new park area along the river and by waters edge of the Møllendal River and Store Lungegård Lake. Lot 1: The tenderer will prepare an analysis and concept study, where the project area's qualities and potential are highlighted. The tenderer must carry out the necessary reviews for conditions related to floods and hyrology, biological diversity, and geotechnics. The tenderer will contribute with mapping the project's interested parties, as well as carrying out appropriate involvement and co-creation processes with them. Solutions must be engineered for the river course and adjoining areas, with the accompanying calculations, as a basis for the contracting authority's further decisions on the project implementation. Deliveries must comply with the documentation requirements in the current plans and legislation. The procurement also includes options for coordination of an innovation project, engineering design services - eastern river bank and consultancy and engineering design services for the subsequent preliminary project.
