Consultancy Support - Options Appraisal for Enforcement Review

London Borough of Hounslow is undertaking a strategic review of its Enforcement services which operate in the public realm - including Parking, Environmental and Licensing Enforcement, CCtv Monitoring, and elements of Trading Standards and Regulatory Service.   This work forms part of the Council's broader strategic objectives to modernise public service delivery, improve customer outcomes, support environmental goals, and achieve best value.  The Council seeks to appoint an experienced consultant / consultancy to support the development of a robust Options Appraisal process, with the aim of identifying and evaluating potential future delivery models that align with best practice, strategic goals, technological innovations, and evolving local needs.
