CCTV Maintenance Contract

Description

This tender package and performance specification have been compiled to address the technical and operational requirements of West Suffolk Council with regard to the provision of a comprehensive 5-year (3-year +2) service and maintenance package for its public-space CCTV systems.<br />West Suffolk currently monitor over 600 predominantly public-space cameras from its CCTV control room located at the council’s offices in Bury St Edmunds providing coverage to the market towns of Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Newmarket, Mildenhall, Brandon, Stowmarket, Sudbury, Hadleigh and Red Lodge as well as council-owned buildings within the same geographical areas.<br />The contract requires the maintenance of all the equipment outlined in the specification to the agreed service levels as detailed in the service specification
