Description

NMBU needs a new framework agreement for service and operational services within automation in order to maintain rational operation of the existing control plant (central monitoring plant for operations). The assignment does not include the new veterinary buildings located at Campus Ås. The current control plant (top system) at NMBU is of type JCI Metasys V12, Citect Facilities V7.5 SP1, and iFIX V5.8 with the accompanying underlying connected infrastructure. Objective and scope of the procurement Historically, the contracting authority has procured for NOK 600,000 excluding VAT a year in the last 4 years. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. The maximum contract value is set to NOK 4 million excluding VAT. The contract will be terminated when/if withdrawals from the contract exceed the maximum value. Changes in accordance with PPR § 11-2 (part II) § 28-1 (part III) may apply. See the tender documentation for further details.
