Conservation and Repairs of the Hill of The O’Neill Towers For Mid Ulster District Council

Description

Mid Ulster District Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to carry Conservation and Repairs of the Hill of The O’Neill Towers (scheduled monuments). The Principal Contractor will be required to demonstrate sufficient capacity to service Council’s needs in compliance with all relevant legislative and technical/professional requirements, including those relating to Health and Safety and HM Revenue and Customs. The types of the work required are; • Consolidation of masonry wall heads to both structures. • Consolidation of masonry brickwork to both structures. • Consolidation of masonry stone to both structures. • Indents and fitting additional masonry support to both structures.
