General Facilities Cleaning for Ports of Jersey, Channel Islands

2.1 ON ISLAND CONTRACTORS ONLY 2.2 This project is to provide a high level of cleaning and hygiene services across a variety of the PoJ estates. The initial contract will be for three years, with the option to extend for two further years in one-year increments. 2.3 The Contractor will be expected to deliver cleaning services 364 days a year to support the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of the estate(s). Christmas Day will be the only day on which services are not required. 2.4 Due to the size and operational diversity of the PoJ estate, the services have been divided into six Lots for pricing, evaluation and contract management purposes. Tenderers are required to submit a compliant Tender for all six Lots. • LOT 1 - Airport • LOT 2 - Harbour • LOT 3 - Outlying Estates • LOT 4 – Public Amenities • LOT 5 – Consumables • LOT 6 – Additional Services 2.5 PoJ’s preference is to appoint a single Contractor to deliver the complete service, as this is expected to support consistent standards, integrated management, operational resilience and efficient contract administration across the estate.
