ITT_Supply and Installation of Floating Covers

Description

The requirement here is to purchase (including manufacture, delivery to site and installation) floating covers for 2 x wastewater treatment lagoons to provide an insulated system where heat retention capabilities are required. Lot 1: The covers are to be constructed from a corrosion resistant material (LDPE or DWII PP membrane) and must be proven to provide; - Good thermal insulation properties - Anchored to ensure resistance to wind uplift forces - Precipitation of rain and snow melt - Flexibility to allow the cover (s) to rise & fall with lagoon levels - Bespoke fixtures to account for the inlet and outlet pipes and aeration diffusers - Prevention of litter or other foreign contaminants into the treatment process.
