Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions

Description

Provision, deployment, maintenance and support services for an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution and an Access Management (AM) solution. The present Call for Application (CfA) is addressed in the context of the 'Banque centrale du Luxembourg' (BCL) Identity and Access Management (IAM) project, whose main goal is to provide capabilities to securely manage identities and accesses to the Bank’s environment. The project is structured in two distinct lots: Lot 1: acquisition of an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution; Lot 2: acquisition of an Access Management (AM) solution. In addition, the requirements include the related integration and the maintenance services. Framework Agreement with a first duration of three (3) years, with possibility to extend it twice for one (1) year each. The Framework Agreement does not represent any commitment to buy any specific volume. Any further details are provided in the CfA attached to the notice. Lot 1: Provision, deployment, maintenance and support services for an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA - Lot 1) solution and an Access Management (AM - Lot 2) solution. Each lot requires both provision of the solution and integration services. The Applicant is allowed to submit a response either for one or two lots.
