CPI are looking to appoint a suitable contractor who can supply and fit flooring, paint and all materials for the decorating required in the Neville Hamlin Building in Sedgefield. The contractor will also be required to dispose of all materials. The works is expected to take place at the The Neville Hamlin Building . CPI envisage that the work will be carried out over 2 months with an estimated start date of January 2024.
