Description

The Contracting Authority is seeking two service providers (tenderer or consortium) to provide the services. Each Tenderer can apply for either Lot 1 and Lot 3 or for Lot 2 and Lot 3 but tenderers cannot apply for all 3 Lots. In summary, each Tenderers must apply for 2 Lots, one of which must be Lot 3. Lot 1: IT Service Desk services Provision of an IT Service Desk facility Lot 2: Provision of CUPPS system solution Lot 2 - Provider of a new Common User Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) including both hardware and software solution Lot 3: CUPPS Support services Support services for CUPPS system
