Description

In summary, the services comprise of consultancy support to provide ongoing operational support services (covering changes to our billing system in response to market changes; support on the Enduring IT Solution procurement process; billing reconciliation; and also retail industry support and representation) as well as some potential packages of project work including development of future retail tariffs, gas licence application and industry subject matter expert for system implementation of an enduring IT solution, where the development would be contracted by the Contracting Entity via a separate procurement process. Additionally, the services will include support to develop the Contracting Entity’s staff and processes to allow the Contracting Entity to manage billing internally and including education on smart metering and smart tariffs.
