Description
Tenders are invited for the provision of an Advocacy Service in accordance with the requirements specification, that meets the statutory requirements of Stoke-on-Trent City Council to children in need, children in care and care leavers. It will also provide advocacy support to children and young people with long term health conditions, acute healthcare needs, complex mental health needs and / or disability. The contract will run for a three year period from 1st September 2008 to 31st August 2011, with the option to extend by a further year.
