Description
Supply and Delivery of Marine Gas Oil (0.1%) at Oban (PA34 4DB). Lot 1: It is CFL's intention to direct award Supply and Delivery of MGO at Oban (PA34 4DB) to Certas Energy UK Limited t/a Scottish Fuel for a 36 month period. Due to operational and health & safety requirements within a heavily pedestrianised site use of fuel storage tank is required for supplying MGO to vessels. With plans to close Oban berth 1 in Summer 2028 (within this Agreement) due to CMAL upgrades, closing Oban berth 1 would lead to more congestion and operational difficulties if using road tankers with all major vessels operating at the one berth (berth 2).
