Supply of Liquid Fuel Products

Description

The supply of Liquid Fuel Products to locations within the Borough of Rotherham. Below is a list of fuels, additives and lubricants (but not limited to) to supply. The Council reserves the right to request additional fuel types in line with the market requirements. Potential providers should be able to provide a full range of products as detailed below; Gas Oil - Equivalent Ultra-Low Sulphur Diesel Ultra-Low Sulphur Petrol Biodiesel (inc. for use as bio heating oil) High Octane (super) unleaded petrol AdBlue or Diesel Exhaust Fluid equivalent HVO (hydrotreated vegetable oil) Lubricants - such as (but not limited to) Engine Oils, Screen Wash, Hydraulic Oils, Anti-Freeze, Gear & Transmissions Oils It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 01/06/2026 and will run for a period of 3 years making the expiry date 31/05/2029. The contract will have an option to extend by 1 x 12-month extension at the sole discretion of the Council making the latest possible expiry date 01/06/2030. Additional information: Process Duration
