This contract is for the purchase (as detailed herewith, and in the related Information Memorandum and Pre-Qualification documentation available on request to applicants following receipt of electronic expressions of interest sent to the contact point detailed in Annex A III, and in subsequent Invitation to Tender documentation) Design and build of a new School at 112 Victoria Rise, Carrickfergus, Co. Antrim. The new school will be a part 2 storey and part 3 storey school complex with a gross internal floor Area of 10 314 m within the existing school site. The new facility will provide a education provision across the age spectrum (12-18 years).
