Measured Term Contract for Asbestos Surveys and Sampling to Domestic Properties. Ayrshire Housing requires a suitably qualified asbestos company who can undertake the following asbestos works: - Management surveys both internally and externally to domestic properties of varying types including laboratory testing of bulk samples, - Management surveys with targeted refurbishment surveys both internally and externally to domestic properties of varying types including laboratory testing of bulk samples. - Refurbishment surveys both internally and externally to domestic properties of varying types including laboratory testing of bulk samples, - Preparation of electronically recorded analysis reports. All works to be carried out to timescales as set out within the Specification section. All properties are in Ayrshire. Any removal works identified from the asbestos surveys and sampling will be removed by an asbestos removal contractor not associated with the survey and sampling contract, unless the works are of a minor nature at the discretion of the Employer.
