Description

The contract includes operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, pm county roads and county foot/cycle paths with associated side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Vikram, Nærøy, Leka, Høylandet, Fosnes and parts of Bindal municipality in Nordland fylke [county] in accordance with the road list provided in chapter D2-V1. The contract includes operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, pm county roads and county foot/cycle paths with associated side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Vikram, Nærøy, Leka, Høylandet, Fosnes and parts of Bindal municipality in Nordland fylke [county] in accordance with the road list provided in chapter D2-V1. The road network included in the contract (including arms and ramps) consists of: From 1.9.2019 to 31.8.2021: 421 726 km of roads in total, of which 23 809 km is county roads in Nordland, 392 110 km is county roads in Trøndelag and 5 807 km is county foot/cycle paths in Trøndelag. From 1.9.2021 to 31.8.2024: 517 938 km roads in total, Of which 23 809 km is county roads in Nordland, 488 324 km is county roads in Trøndelag. 5.807 km is county foot/cycle paths in Trøndelag. The change in the length of the road network is a result of the following roads joining the contract from 1.9.2021. — FV17 Hp 10 km 24 421 to and including the entire Hp 012, — entire FV776, — entire FV7046, — entire FV7048. The traffic on the road network varies from approx. ADT 30 to approx. ADT 7,500 and we anticipate an annual traffic growth of approx. 1,5 %. The assignment mainly comprises routine operational assignments and minor maintenance assignments For the road network. The Contracting Authority also comprises inspection and registration, Planning of activity, contingency in relation to winter operation and general traffic deviation, documentation, reporting to the builder, information to the public and handling of other assignment necessary for the operation and maintenance of the road network.
