Description
Broxtowe Borough Council require a contractor to work at a variety of sites across the Borough of Broxtowe (map of the Borough below) to supply and erect scaffolding. The value of the contract is expected to be up to £120,000 per annum with a contract for a 1 year initial term with the possibility of 2x12month extensions at the discretion of the Council. The successful contractor will enter into a JCT Measured Terms contract with the Contracting authority. Under the Procurement Act 2023, this contract is designated Regulated Below Threshold -Works and, based on PPN Action Note 005 (Feb 2025) is being reserved for Nottinghamshire SME bidders.
