The Campws Cymunedol Bontnewydd project will deliver a new Welsh-medium primary school and community campus, replacing the existing facilities with a modern, sustainable building. The scheme is part of the Welsh Government’s Sustainable Schools Challenge, one of only three projects selected across Wales, and will act as a case study for innovative, low-carbon school design. Once complete, the campus will provide state-of-the-art education facilities for over 200 pupils, alongside nursery provision, ALN facilities and a new community centre, creating a valuable resource for both learners and the wider local community.
