Golden Gates Housing Trust (GGHT) part of the Torus Group are leading a large multi-agency partnership called New Leaf to deliver the Building Better Opportunities Programme across Warrington and Cheshire East and West. The BBO fund is a key part of the Local Enterprise Partnership’s (LEP) European Funding Programme and is being match funded by the BIG Lottery. GGHT wish to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to provide mental health, tutoring and outreach support for New Leaf participants, across the LEP area (Warrington, Cheshire East and Cheshire West). A women’s New Leaf outreach and engagement service across Warrington, Cheshire East and Cheshire West. To actively engage and bring on to the New Leaf programme 600 women living in the most deprived LSOAs across the Warrington, Cheshire East and Cheshire West area between January 2018 and March 2019. Participants must be resident in the programme area; unemployed or economically inactive; eligible to work in the UK and facing multiple barriers to employment.
