Newry Mourne & Down District Council's PEACEPLUS Action Plan includes the delivery of Themed Diversity Festivals under Strand 3 - Celebrating Cultures and Diversity. Strand 3 focuses on cultural diversity and in increasing understanding of and respect for cultural identities.
