Hawkins Laxton will provide strategic communications and influencing support to position paediatric research and child-lens investment at the forefront of UK and international policy agendas. They will deliver tailored advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and narrative development to maximise Wales’ leadership role in this field. No alternative suppliers were identified during market engagement, and there is no suitable options available via any national procurement frameworks.
