Fire Compartmentation Works

Description

The works include Fire Compartmentation works to predominantly tenant occupied Social Housing properties that are owned and/or managed by the Employer within the Contract Area. The contract is let on a JTC measured term basis for 1 year with the option to extend the contract of up to a further 1 x 2 year period and a further 1 x 1 year period upto 30th June 2029, at the absolute sole discretion of the Employer, with no volume or workflow guarantee. The underlying contract is awarded via a Direct Award from Lot 21B (Fire Compartmentation Work) from the EN:Procure GEN4 Installation, Repairs & Maintenance Framework
