UHA wishes to procure replacement contractual arrangements for responsive and planned gas servicing, maintenance and repair services for its housing stock. UHA maintains approximately 1 200 dwellings in Leeds, and 10 dwellings in Huddersfield. Current arrangements will come to an end in March 2019 and UHA wishes to procure replacement contractual arrangements for the period April 2019 – March 2024 with the possibility of extensions until 2025 or 2026 subject to satisfactory performance.
