School catering services

Description

South Croydon Schools Cluster wishes to engage a contractor to manage catering services for its 15 Schools. The South Croydon Schools Cluster want to appoint a caterer to provide a fully managed catering service. The schools want the caterer to provide meals that will encourage the school community to make healthy choices and in turn increase the uptake of the meals that are served. It is envisaged that the services will be managed by 1 contractor for the duration of the contract. No submissions citing provision for individual schools will be accepted. The procurement will take place in stages: 14th June — Supplier Pre-Tender meeting; June/July — Individual site visits; August — Tender submission and Review; October — Short-listed suppliers invited to present their submission; November — Tender Award; 1.4.2018 — Contract start date.
