The works comprises stonework repairs, installation of mechanical extract fans, removal of existing refuse chute, replacement of bin stores/entrance canopies, replacement of roof of external bin store, and courtyard remedials. Lot 1: The contract is for a repair and maintenance works to properties owned by Maryhill Housing Association Ltd (MHA). The service is to be provided at Hathaway Lane, Glasgow. The services required by this contract include but are not restricted to conservation stonework repairs, general construction work, asbestos removal work and mechanical ventilation work to MHA’s properties. The works will involve multiple trades.
