Description

The contest applies to the delivery of electronic periodicals STAMI [National Institute of Occupational Health] wants a service contract that ensures good terms, standardisation of products, simple and good maintenance, rational operations, and the necessary flexibility that the users depend on. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority procured periodicals for approx. NOK 487 000 excluding VAT per year for the last year. During the contract period the volume will be dependent on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's need. Refer to the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the contract, but has decided that this is not suitable for this project. Contract The contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms. The contract period is from and including 1 January 2021 and is valid until terminated. The contract includes a mutual termination with 6 months notice. The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with (1) one supplier. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
