Provision of Legionella Monitoring and Risk Re-Assessment Services - ESPO Framework 198_25 Mini-competition, Lot 3

Description

Hull City Council is advertising an opportunity from the ESPO Framework 198_25 Legionella Monitoring and Risk Re-Assessment Services Lot 3 to undertake a programme of regular monthly monitoring for legionella, as directed, at Hull City Council corporate property estate sites, and at Housing sites. Detailed schedules of both lists of sites are enclosed. Additionally, the contract requires the successful supplier(s) to undertake regular legionella risk re-assessments at each site (i.e. each site to be risk re-assessed not less than once every 2 years). The contract is anticipated to commence 25th March 2025 ending by 24th March 2028 with an option to extend for a period of up to an additional 12 months for a period of no longer than 24 months.
