The University of Birmingham has a requirement for a long-term contract for the service and maintenance Service of Domestic Central Heating Systems and Miscellaneous Gas Appliances in Student Residences and the Annual Servicing and Maintenance of Industrial Gas Burners in various University owned Properties’ that will ensure that the relevant equipment is maintained and repaired to the highest quality standards. Accordingly the Employer is seeking competitive Tenders ("Tenders") from suitably qualified contractors ("Contractors") in response to this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") with a view to awarding a single contract for ’The Annual Service and Maintenance of Domestic Central Heating Systems and Miscellaneous Gas Appliances in Student Residences and for the Annual Servicing and Maintenance of Industrial Gas Burners in Various University owned Properties’.
