Adult-education services at university level

Description

The municipalities have decided that it is appropriate to continue Drammen municipality's contract with Kompetansetorget AS after the municipalities merge on 1 January 2020 and would like to inform the market via this ex-ante voluntary notice. From 1 January 2020 Drammen, Nedre Eiker and Svelvik municipalities merged and become one municipality, ‘Drammen’. Drammen is using Sikkerhetsrommet.no provided by Kompetansetorget AS, while Nedre Eiker and Svelvik are not using any system for this work. The contract includes continuation and expansion of the current agreement. The contracting authority is of the opinion that the contract does not include any significant change, and so the change is in accordance with PPR § 28-1 on permitted changes.
