Framework agreement, competence raising for school managers

Haugesund Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs a framework agreement for competence raising for school managers. The contracting authority needs assistance with the further development of the professional learning communities and follow-up of schools' strategic efforts. In this work the municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. Lot 1: The goal is that all schools in Haugesund will achieve stable, good learning results, high quality learning, and that pupils will experience a good learning environment. There will be a professional learning community that maintains high quality in all schools. The tenderer will cooperate with school owners and provide concrete contributions to the follow-up of each school. The duration of the contract is 2 years, with a unilateral option for extension for 1 + 1 year. The contract will be automatically renewed for 1 year at a time unless terminated by the contracting authority.
