STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS TO GOVERN THE CONTRACTS FOR THE WORKS AND COMPUTATION REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THE INSTALLATION OF A CRYO TRANSMISSION ELECTRON MICROSCOPE (200KV) AT INL

Description

The subject matter of this contracts are the works and computational requirements related to the supply and installation of a Cryo Transmission Electron Microscope as detailed in Schedule V attached to these Standard Specifications (from now on referred to as ‘Specifications’). The instruments and services listed in Schedule V are the single lots that the tender comprises. The subject matter of the contract, in all cases, does not include so-called refurbished scientific instruments and equipment. The seven lots comprising the tender are as follows: Lot No. 1 - Civil Construction Works Lot No. 2 - Electricity Lot No. 3 - Special Processes Installation Lot No. 4 – Workstations for computation Lot No. 5 - Official Cisco Support for existing Cisco Nexus Switches Lot No. 6 - Data acquisition and control computer Lot No. 7 - Data storage Lot 1: Civil Construction Works This specification relates to the civil construction and finishing works related to the special installations for a placement of an CRYO TRANSMISSION ELECTRON MICROSCOPE (200KV). The contract includes all supplies, execution, and complementary works necessary for the good and complete execution of the work, even if not expressly mentioned. Unless otherwise specified, the work shall include the cost of breaks, waste, over-consumption, cuts, overlaps, manufacturing tolerances, or any overdimensioning of the execution and nature of the work. All substances such as primers, paints, silicones, among others, must enter the work in the original packaging and properly intact, and the entry and application of any material intended for painting that does not fit these conditions, or that does not have the guarantee that it has not undergone any change in the supplier's brand since it left the factory Lot 2: Electricity This specification refers to the requirements for supplying/assembling electrical and all works related to the special installations for the installation of a CRYO MICROSCOPE ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION (200KV). The contract includes all supplies, execution and complementary works necessary for the good and complete execution of the work, even if not expressly mentioned.
