Facilities Management Services

Description

The Irish Prison Service (IPS) requires the provision of a facilities management contract covering Mechanical and Electrical planned and reactive maintenance. Service provider must provide a fully managed service, acting as a Prime Contractor with single point responsibility for managing and delivering all the services at the specified premises. The scope of the contract shall be to provide a facilities management service for the provision of specialist contractor support with a managed service to cover planned maintenance and reactive repair of the listed equipment and plant. Service provider must co-ordinate and integrate the activities of their supply chain, including all consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve the specified requirements.
