Description

House of Commons and the House of Lords wish to procure a supplier to administer a Cycle to Work Scheme. The House of Commons intends to continue to provide its above salary sacrifice scheme whereby it will loan cycles and cyclist's safety equipment as a tax free benefit to its employees. The service is to be provided at no cost to the authority. The duration of this contract will be 3 years with 2 additional optional extensions of 1 year each. Contract start date is anticipated as being September 2017.
