Could you please confirm if this role is outside IR35 ? As a DOS4 supplier, you have already stated that you work outside of IR35 under the framework agreement. We currently believe that this role would fall outside of IR35 but an ESI assessment has yet to be performed. Should the outcome of such an assessment not be in line with supplier expectations then there is no obligation on the part of the supplier to accept the role if it is offered to them. 2. Please could you confirm the latest start date is correct?Currently it suggests that within 5 working days you will conduct shortlisting, interviews, obtain references, issue contracts etc. This seems highly unlikely. The aim is to be as close to the 1st of April as possible. 3. Currently it suggests that within 5 working days you will conduct shortlisting, interviews, obtain references, issue contracts etc. This seems highly unlikely. That is what we are working to. If you don't feel you can work within those timelines, please withdraw your submission. 4. Can you confirm if an incumbent is currently in post? There is no incumbent in post. This is a new role. There is an existing team, however, this is to complement this team, not replace a role within. 5. How many days working from home would you provide for the contractor? As appropriate. We would expect you to be onsite as the job requires. Sometimes that will be 5 days, other times it may be none. 6. Under "Demonstrable Programme level Solution Architect experience in a Public Sector environment", is a not-for-profit experience considered acceptable? We have a resource who fits the core elements of the role perfectly, but with private sector and non-profit experience. A non for profit could be considered acceptable but scored less as it would not be a public sector organisation. 7. As this is a strategic senior level role, how important is it that the candidates have the MS Dynamics 365 experience? I have a candidate that meets the Profile, but in the main has experience of Salesforce. MS 365 Dynamic experience is crucial for the success of this role and the outcome delivery we are looking for.
