Arden Multi Academy Trust - Grounds Maintenance

Description

Trust is currently out to tender for the provision of a Grounds Maintenance service. The contract is being offered for three years with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 13 April 2026. The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of a grounds maintenance service for the Trust. This will consist of services for each school across all sites. There is a combined total of 308,324m2 (entire school site square meterage) and 34,300m2 Building Footprint across all sites with approximately 6,000 pupils on roll. TUPE/LGPS does not apply to this tender. The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of skilled ground maintenance operatives providing an efficient and timely maintenance service. ## Contract award Title: Arden Multi Academy Trust - Grounds Maintenance
