The Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire ,The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cambridgeshire ,The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire ,The Police and Crime Commissioner for Essex, The Police and Crime Commissioner for Kent, The Police and Crime Commissioner for Norfolk, The Police and Crime Commissioner for Suffolk require the services of a dedicated Occupational Health Physician, referred to as a Force Medical Advisor (FMA) The aim of the FMA is to maximise the Officer and staff resources available for the effective delivery of policing, by efficiently contributing to a reduction in sickness absence and ill health retirements, through • Ensuring Officers and staff are medically fit for duties. • Contributing to the maintenance of staff wellbeing (physical and mental). • Fulfilling organisational duty of care by providing advice to managers to assist in managing work related health issues. The requirement is split into 5 Lots; Lot 1 Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire Lot 2 Hertfordshire Lot 3 Essex Lot 4 Kent Lot 5 Norfolk, Suffolk
